Great food begins beyond the four walls of a kitchen.  We must also understand how food is grown and raised, and what conditions create the best possible ingredients and flavors.   As a  graduate of the the French Culinary Institute (now the International Culinary Center), I  can help teach you how to do this.  I also specialize in developing recipes for allergy-friendly meals, taking the guess work out of it for you!

I aim to improve your life through the pleasures of delicious, sustainable, and healthy food.  In a nation obsessed with eating healthy, we seem completely incapable of coming to a consensus over what we should and shouldn’t eat. Food fads come and go, which has only served to make things more confusing.

There is a way to eat right.  Natural foods, grown without chemicals.  The freshest possible vegetables.  The most succulent meats, from livestock raised outside in their naturally preferred setting.  Whole grains.  Ingredients sourced directly from farmers.   Food prepared in small batches, by hand.

Cooking feeds your body, mind, and soul. It allows you to control the food you put into your body, connect with your family and friends over a home cooked meal, and save the money you might otherwise spend in restaurants or on processed, prepackaged foods. Believe it or not, making simple and satisfying meals from scratch doesn’t have to be hard.
